UPI Fraud Action Card — the first hour

1. Block first. Open your bank app or call the bank; report the debit as unauthorised and block the card / UPI.
2. Call 1930 (National Cyber Crime Helpline). Note the reference number.
3. Report at cybercrime.gov.in. Save the acknowledgement number and screenshots.
4. Secure your accounts. Change your UPI PIN and passwords; check for other debits.
5. If the bank doesn't help, escalate to the RBI Ombudsman (cms.rbi.org.in) and keep all reference numbers.

Report quickly — under RBI's customer-protection rules, faster reporting lowers your liability. Recovery is possible but not guaranteed.
